I know you will always tell me that Social Media can create problems. I agree, however there are problems that were already existent before Social Media themselves. They are not generated by the Social Media, they became more ... obvious.
I remember this one time, posting this beautiful poem about Afrika on Facebook, and creating an argument that ended up in having someone removing me from their facebook list only because we were disagreeing - or was he probably too much disturbed by the truth that challenged his own truth.
I am now finding out that people I added not long ago removed me. I am guessing the reason that is actually quite long to explain so I will pass on it for this time and sum it up to: racism & people putting stickers on me saying that I am white, on a cloud and that I don't bring diversity.
White: what does it mean when it comes from people who are as black as me? - if you see what I mean.
On my cloud: not entirely wrong as I am sometimes but not always. I know when to get down from it and when I open my mouth or type something on my keyboard it means that I am not on it. Communication wouldn't be possible.
Not bringing diversity: I agree that I am not bringing something from each culture of the world, but I am trying to learn! But I believe being diverse by who I am and what I am doing. - without even starting comparing the actions.
Anyway. My point is that I think that some people got annoyed by me, because they think that I am white, on my cloud, not bringing diversity and what I publish on my facebook is quite different from what they have thought, except that they did not want to get to know me, to know the reason why I am doing all that, and to understand that ... my loves, we do have the same mission.
Probably not, in the end, as I am not seeking for competition.
A small paragraph for these people, because in life there is also positivity:
